Bulk Discounts:

If you are planning to purchase a large quantity of items (5 dozen or more per style) we may be able to offer you a bulk discount rate. Simply call our toll-free number to inquire (1-888-829-1577).

Minimum Order

Minimum Order to get discounted wholesale prices is $500 per order. Order size based wholesale discounts as follow:

Shipping and Handling

UPS is the primary delivery service for domestic and Canada shipments. For international orders or USPS Global Express/ Priority or FedEx International is the primary delivery service. There is a $10.00 handling fee for the USPS international shipment due to the extra paper work and the post office drop-off service.

Terms of Payment

We accept Credit Card, PayPal with confirmed address, Cashier Check/Money Order, Wire Transfer. We accept COD payment from established customers only. If a new customer wishes to pay by COD, a valid credit card must be on file with us just in case the order is refused or cancelled. Upon receiving order, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization. The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorization: 1) The email will be sent out to notify the customer. 2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification. Cashier Check / Money Order payments can be mailed directly to LISA STYLES INC.

All international orders are required to be prepaid. Payment should be wire transferred to our bank account. Our sales representative will provide detail wire transfer information once your wholesale account has been established.

Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.

Delivery Time

We will try to ship out the merchandise within 1 to 5 business days after the order is received. UPS Ground normally takes about 3-7 business days for delivery. We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

Hours of Operation

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Pacific Standard Time). Phone order hours are from 10:00 AM to 4 PM PST. Operation schedule is subject to change with holidays.

Required document

-Photo copy of current business license and sales tax permit.

All California Companies please submit a Resale License. If we do not receive one in our possession at the time of sale, sales tax will be added to your order. When a completed license is received along with invoice number(s) and amount due, a refund check for the sales tax will be mailed.

Special Orders or Custom Orders

Lisa Styles Inc. will take special orders or custom order. All special orders (30% pre-paid and 70% when shipment is ready) and specially priced merchandise must be paid for in full at the time of order. Once order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE. Parts not in stock, even though listed on our web site, catalog, or price sheet, may be considered as special order by Lisa Styles Inc.

Returned Checks

If a check is returned for any reason, a US $15.00 service charge will be made, and all shipments will be permanently returned “Prepaid: Certified Check”. An additional 5% service charge per month will be added to all checks returned.

Refused Shipments

Any shipments returned “REFUSED” for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Any refused shipments sent back to Lisa Styles Inc. does not constitute the right for a refund or credit. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 15% restocking fee.

Back Orders

Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast turnover rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or Backorder /discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. In order to avoid long delays, the order is considered as completed unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation

For wholesale purchase, cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period then any cancellation will incur a 15% restocking fee. We advised our customers to please make sure you identify the items that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.

Return Policy

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name and RMA number. All returns must be received by Lisa Styles Inc. within 10 calendar days after the RMA. number has been issued. The RMA Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the correctness of style and size of the items before purchase. All approved refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, determined by Lisa Styles Inc. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns deemed to be non-defective. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.

Claims & Warranty

All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilizing our detailed quality control check method before they leave our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within 5 working days of receipt.

All merchandise sold by Lisa Styles Inc. is subject to a limited warranty, we will replace any defective product at no cost to the wholesaler. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience cost may be included in any claims. Lisa Styles Inc. will execute fair judgment on determining the cause of defect in all defect claims; judgment result made by Lisa Styles Inc. will be final.

Termination

Lisa Styles Inc. reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the above and below conditions, the conditions listed on Lisa Styles Inc. Invoice, and the conditions listed on Lisa Styles Inc.

Title of Ownership

All merchandise sold shall remain the property of Lisa Styles Inc. until paid for in Full.
